I will use this blog to update you on exercises post- treatment that might be beneficial and other tips on how to stay healthy and pain free.

These are exercises and rehab exercises that I usually send to patients to help them in between osteopathic treatments.

I am a big proponent of “motion is lotion”. By continuing to gently move and strengthen areas where you may be feeling pain, you can accelerate your own recovery from that sore hip, or that pain in your back, that tightness in your shoulders.
